These rooms don’t have to be extravagant. In fact, the majority are simply conference rooms that are able to accommodate all attendees and feature the capacity to hold board papers and other things required during the meeting. What they need is a place where they can have an open conversation that is honest and encourages collaboration and the best decision-making.

Boardroom Mastery(tm) is a highly effective simulation of a board that provides participants with a unique opportunity to enhance their leadership skills in an environment that is safe and challenging. Each participant will have one-on-one time with an organisational psychologist who will analyze his or her individual behaviours to aid them in understanding how these could impact their decision-making. For three days, participants participate in a board that is pushed to think about realistic governance and crises scenarios.
